Stop stitching together spreadsheets, inboxes, and receipts.
See who's paid and who hasn't at a glance — by unit and property. Log e-transfers, cheques and cash, flag late rent, handle overpayments, and pull a clean monthly rent roll.

Generate owner-ready summaries in seconds: rent collected, missing rent, expenses, maintenance completed, invoices, payout amounts and property performance — month after month.

Snap a photo of a repair receipt, supply run or vendor invoice. LandlordDesk reads it and auto-assigns it to the right property and expense category — no manual data entry.

Turn requests into work orders with photos, notes, assigned vendors and completion status. Route owner approvals, attach invoices, and keep full history by property and unit.

Keep leases, inspection reports, unit photos, invoices, notices and owner & tenant records in one organized, searchable place — protected with bank-level encryption.

Never miss a key date. Track expiries, renewals, rent-increase and notice deadlines, auto-renewals and month-to-month transitions — with reminders before they sneak up.

LandlordDesk is a web app, so you can access it from any device – desktop, tablet, or smartphone – right through your browser. There’s nothing to install, and all features are fully accessible online. We are also building a dedicated mobile app that will work seamlessly with the web version. It will make uploading receipts, sending messages, and managing rentals even more convenient on the go. Active subscribers will get early access when it’s ready.
Yes. If you’re earning rental income, you can claim LandlordDesk as a rental expense – even if the property is in your personal name. When you file taxes using Form T776, you can list the subscription under: Office expenses, Management fees, or Other rental-related expenses.
Yes. We take data security very seriously. LandlordDesk uses bank-level encryption to protect your data, and we’re compliant with Canadian privacy regulations. Your tenant information, financial records, and all sensitive data are stored securely and never shared with third parties.
The Landlord plan includes up to 5 units. Whether you manage 1 property or more, the platform scales with you — and custom pricing is available for property managers with larger portfolios. See pricing.
Tenants get their own dedicated tenant portal, where they can send messages, submit maintenance requests, and upload supporting images or documents. Everything stays organized in one place — so you can respond by urgency, and tenants can track updates without relying on texts, calls, or emails.
You’ll get a product that keeps improving based on landlord feedback, access to new features as we ship them, and responsive support while we grow. We read every suggestion and use it to shape what we build next.
Set up your first property in minutes — and walk into next tax season already organized.
