Landlord Desk Acceptable Use Policy
Purpose and Scope
This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) sets out rules and restrictions governing your use of the Caondo Software Inc platform, websites, products, and services (collectively, the “Services”). This AUP forms part of, and is incorporated into, the Caondo Software Inc Terms of Service.
You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Services complies with this AUP, the Terms of Service, applicable laws and regulations, and any third-party terms that apply to services you access through Caondo Software Inc.
General Obligations
You must use the Services lawfully, in good faith, and in a manner consistent with their intended professional and commercial purpose. You are responsible for complying with all applicable laws and regulations in the jurisdictions in which you operate, reside, or do business, as well as for complying with the Terms of Service, this AUP, and any other Caondo Software Inc policies.
Where the Services integrate with or rely on third-party systems or providers, including payment processors, card networks, banks, or communication infrastructure, you must also comply with the applicable third-party rules and requirements. You remain solely responsible for all activity carried out using your account.
Prohibited Conduct
You must not access or use the Services in any manner that is unlawful, fraudulent, harmful, deceptive or otherwise inconsistent with this AUP or the Terms of Service.
This includes, without limitation, engaging in or facilitating illegal activity, fraud, deception, misrepresentation, or dishonest practices, or using the Services in a way that causes or threatens harms to Caondo Software Inc, other users, customers, partners or third parties.
You must not harass, threaten, abuse or intimidate any person, including Caondo Software Inc employees, contractors, representatives, or other users. You must not impersonate Caondo Software Inc, a Caondo Software Inc representative, another user, or any third party or misrepresent your identity, affiliation, authority or role.
Payments and Financial Misuse
You must not misuse the Services for payment-related abuse or financial misconduct. This includes attempting to circumvent or manipulate payment flows or billing systems, engaging in chargeback abuse, submitting false or knowingly invalid disputes or refund requests, or processing transactions involving prohibited goods or services.
You must not use the Services to facilitate money laundering, terrorist financing, sanctions violations, or other financial crimes. All payment activity must comply with applicable laws, card network rules, payment provider terms, and anti-money laundering and counter-terrorism financing requirements.
In-App Communications Misuse
Where the Services allow messaging, email, or other communications, you must not use those features to send unsolicited, deceptive, misleading or bulk communications, including spam or phishing. You must not use in-app communications to unlawfully request sensitive personal or financial information, or to impersonate others or mislead recipients regarding payments, procurement or obligations.
Any use of the communications features must comply with applicable anti-spam, marketing, privacy, and consumer protection laws, as well as Caondo Software Inc’s Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
Technical Abuse and Security Violations
You just not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or derive source code, underlying ideas, or algorithms of the Services, except where expressly permitted by applicable law. You must not scrape, crawl, harvest, or collect data from the Services without Caondo Software Inc’s prior written permission, whether manually or through automated means.
You must not use bots, scripts, or automated tools to access or interact with the Services in a manner that exceeds normal usage, bypasses safeguards, or interferes with the integrity, availability, or performance of the Services. You must not probe, scan, test, or attempt to breach the security of the Services or Caondo Software Inc’s systems, nor circumvent feature restrictions, usage limits, access controls, rate limits, or enforcement actions.
Misuse of AI and Automation
You must not use the Services, including any AI-powered features, to extract data at scale, train or develop competing products or services, or otherwise misuse AI or automation in a manner not authorised by Caondo Software Inc. You must not misrepresent AI-generated outputs as human-generated where doing so would be deceptive, misleading, or unlawful.
Your use of AI features must comply with applicable laws, third-party rights, and Caondo Software Inc policies.
Intellectual Property and Account Misuse
You must not infringe Caondo Software Inc’s intellectual property rights or the rights of any third party. You must not remove, alter, or obscure proprietary notices or branding. You must not share account credentials, sell or transfer access to your account, or permit unauthorised access.
You must not attempt to re-register, create new accounts, or otherwise circumvent suspension or termination imposed by Caondo Software Inc.
Content Standards
You must not upload, submit, or distribute content through the Services that is unlawful, deceptive, fraudulent, or misleading; that infringes intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other rights; that contains malware or malicious code; or that exposes confidential or personal information without proper authority.
All content you create or share through the Services must be appropriate for professional use and must comply with the Terms of Service, this AUP, and applicable law.
Monitoring and Enforcement
Caondo Software Inc may monitor use of the Services to enforce this AUP using a combination of automated systems and human review. Monitoring may include reviewing content, activity patterns, or reports from users or third parties.
If Caondo Software Inc reasonably determines that you have violated this AUP, we may take enforcement action, including removing content, restricting functionality, suspending access, or terminating your account, in accordance with the Terms of Service. Repeated, serious, or egregious violations may result in immediate termination. Attempts to circumvent enforcement actions are prohibited.
